Our experience was flawless when buying our Lexus from Dmitri at Van Nuys Alfa Romeo about six months ago. The car is great, we are really happy with it. Dmitri was patient, helpful, informative, and very very easy to talk to without any pressure to decide one way or the other. I leased a 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from this dealership last month, with a clear agreement that they would cover certain items on my previous lease. However, I recently received a letter from my bank stating that the balance on my old lease is still due with theses items.
I immediately contacted the dealership last Saturday, expecting a quick resolution, but here I am, 6 days later, after 15 phone calls and still no resolution. Not a single supervisor has called me back, despite my repeated attempts to get in touch.

Finance Manger said that Sales Manager Jose was the one who told him to add the TINT Fee since all their Cars are tinted. The car definitely does NOT have 3rd party Tint on it. It only has the Manufacturer glass tint.

I’ve just had a very poor experience with Alfa Romeo Maserati of Van Nuys, formerly Russell Westbrook Alfa Romeo. I put a lot of time and effort into the purchase of a 2019 Giulia Quadrifoglio Nring, number 01 of 55.
I put a deposit down, they desked the deal with my Ti Lusso in trade, was told it was in the service dept for a new windshield. Then yesterday the salesman didn’t get back to me all day about when the car would be ready to be picked up as he promised and was unreachable. I live 400 miles away.

I’m extremely flabbergasted and frustrated with Maserati of Van Nuys. I called Tuesday the 21st to get a quote for a transmission service. I was told someone would call me back with that information. I received a text message later in the day asking for my VIN to receive that quote. After hearing nothing since then, I called this morning, the 23rd to follow up on that quote. I was told Maserati wouldn’t service the transmission because it has “Lifetime Fluid”.

Absolutely the worst post-sale support. They forced me to buy OPTIONAL components explaining that they had been pre-installed and hence not optional. Most importantly, they NEVER provided activation code for location device (one of the "options") which now almost a year later I am still trying to get. While the car is great, I see no reason for anybody not to go to the Glendale or Santa Monica locations where they care about their customers.

I recently had a great experience purchasing my new Alpha Romeo Stelvio. Richard Samanco, my sales rep, was helpful, informative and never pressured me. Paul Michael, the sales manager, made sure my deal was fair, and Ati Kamala in the finance department was a joy to work with. The entire team made this a positive experience, and I highly recommend Van Nuys Alpha Romeo.

I used to be a big fan of this dealership. I leased two Alfa Romeo Giulias from them. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down since Russell Westbrook sold it. I bought my Giulia out of the lease and the finance people really dropped the ball. They didn't remind me to turn off my auto-pay on the lease so I was charged an extra payment and have to call the bank and work to get it back. Until I got the maserati, everyone was nice ,after I have been asking ,texting to have maserati connect ,nobody answered .Have been told before I got the car that first maintenance is free ,but after no more ..

I had leased there previously. Everyone is practically all new there now and they all seem to be learning. From when I came to drop off my last lease and pick a car to driving off the lot was 7 hours -a bit long. Garrett, my sales person was lovely and helpful the whole way through.

It's the only dealership that I've been going to since 2013. My experience has always been excellent.

I was charged $239 just to find out what the problem was, then they told me it was going to cost $1,100 to fix. I took it someplace else and thru fixed it perfectly for $160. I did get my $239 back but it took 9 months! This had happened to me 3 times there. Crooks

Service was nice. The Alfa Romeo Maserati dealership should live up to a 'luxury' brand and the dealership felt more like an average to low cost brand. The coffee machine was not working, the railings had scuff marks inside and the waiting room did not feel very comfortable. Overall the dealership should reflect a more luxurious feel like the cars, which unfortunately this one did not.
