DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY LIED TO ME TWICE. :-( I bought a vehicle from them based on information they gave me about the vehicle options. Shortly after, I found out what they told me was false. I contacted them and an employee named Carla Aristizabal acknowledged the mistake, then denied it the next day. I paid over $4,000 more than what I should have been charged, and over $7,000 more than the vehicle I wanted that they told me was not an option, but it is. On 12/1/23 at 1:53 PM, the Manager Petros Zhamkochyan, Emailed me indicating I could return the vehicle, see attached. So, I immediately made a deal for the same vehicle at another dealer. Then at 6:57 PM that same day, after I had already made a new purchase, Petros Emailed me saying, "...I will not be allowed to cancel the deal...", see attached. All communications were documented in writing, now I need to pursue them for Breach of Contract. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I haven’t had anything but problems from the very first moment since I purchased my car; and it is honestly one of my biggest regrets in my life. Please, read and research this brand. Read the actual reviews from people that have had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle and dealing with the poorest of customer service and all of issues that come with being an owner of an Alfa Romeo. If I could go back in time, I would run so fast and so far away from this brand, I would be mistaken for a track star competing in the Olympics closing in on a Gold medal. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Don’t buy an Alfa Romeo, and most definitely avoid this dealership like your life depends on it.

The online purchase is a very long process. It takes awhile to get a response from anyone and I drove 2 hours to meet with a notary and the most important documents weren’t even in the packet, there was no apology from dealership. My vehicle is to be delivered and I’m afraid how long the delay will be for that, but when my payment is due I’m sure I will get calls.

Two days later the check engine light went on, and found out that it was not did not have a warranty on it so I had to buy extended warranty, and could not use that because the car had problems before I got the warranty. The Staff was really helpful when I was there.
The Staff was really helpful when I was there. They helped me get the exact make and model I wanted. After all of the dog and pony show, they ended up giving me a really good deal for the car that I had my eyes on. While waiting for finance, the car was given a full detail. Those doing the detail were very friendly and helpful on what to do when I bring the car in for service. With finance, they gave me a really good deal for maintenance which will last the entire life of my ownership. Waiting for finance was. It too bad and from beginning to end, I got the deal I wanted and out the door in about 2 hours. Overall, I walked away with an excellent deal and a happy customer. Thank you!

So Kim, employees included on this survey are disrespectful, astute attitudes, lying, misleading, insensitive, unprofessional idiots. From all my years’ purchasing foreign cars through this year range from $120k -$400k this dealership has been a pain to deal with. No ethics, morals and integrity. Nobody have followed up regarding this vehicle.

Be careful of the internet listed price.
Be careful of the internet listed price. They have mandatory add ons that quickly add thousands to the "good deal". In addition, having a deposit on the vehicle did not stop them from selling the car to another person instead and notifying me after their deal was done with the other customer.

I was supposed to be cosigning for my sons car, but
I was supposed to be cosigning for my sons car, but instead he switched me to the primary without telling me, and then shopped around to over 10 banks, and this dropped my credit score about eighty points. He can’t be trusted and I would never buy another car from this dealership, and I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Had an amazing experience with this dealership because of Karim Darcuiel and Drew Orlando. Terrific sales people who don't act like sales people. They were VERY knowledgeable and PATIENT as I made this big decision. Karim dedicated lots of time and gave me the space to make a decision. I looked at 5 different models and really took my time. He never rushed me. They ensured I got the best deal... far better than other dealers I researched. Buying a Maserati (my dream car, I worked my life to afford) was a big decision... they made it super easy, fun and gave me a room to think. You won't be disappointed. Great all around dudes. of options to choose from. This is the place to go for an Alfa Romeo or Maserati. You won't regret it. I got the most beautiful car and got it quickly. Fastest financing and signing ever. Would definitely return/highly recommend.
